RECRUITMENT METHODOLOGY

The Client/Employer usual furnishes RYAN CONTRACTING & MANPOWER SOLUTIONS –RCMS with Power of Attorney ( Annexure – I ) and Demand Letter ( Annexure – II ) duly authorizing Ryan Contracting and Manpower Solutions to handle all recruitment formalities in Pakistan. The Power of Attorney and Demand Letter must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs( MOFA) and Chamber of Commerce (CnC) and Embassy of Pakistan existing in the country of employment.

  • On receipt of the Power of Attorney and Demand Letter documents, RCMS registers these documents and obtains permission from the Protector of Emigrants, Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, Government of Pakistan.

  • Thereafter, RCMS fetches for the right candidates from its own maintained databank to meet the relevant job specification. In addition, RCMS advertises vacancies in the national newspapers as well.

  • After collecting CVs from large number of applicants, RCMS’s experts synchronizes and selects relevant candidates short listing the right candidates for practical interviews and trade tests at trade test centers. RCMS can also arrange to hold final interviews by the clients’ authorized delegations if required.

  • Candidates who pass the practical interviews and trade tests are asked to get their medical done only from GAMCA medical centers (the only authorized approved medical center by KSA embassy that does strict and authentic medical tests covering all of necessary tests). Once a candidate is medically fit, RCMS sends his/her complete documents including medical fit reports to the client for obtaining his/her visa or RCMCS obtains client’s approval to endorse his/her visa from the respective embassy in Pakistan.

  • After endorsement of visa, RCMS completes all emigration formalities of the candidate such as registration with Protector of Emigrant Government of Pakistan and arranges their travel tickets / departure schedule as per agreement.

  • Briefing and Orientation is given to every departing candidates before RCMS hands over them their travelling and company joining documents.
